De-listed group wants to rejoin party-list (Manila Standard Today)

THE Migrante group has asked the Supreme Court to enjoin the Commission on Elections from implementing its decision delisting Migrante Sectoral Party from the roster qualified party-list groups because it had failed to win in two preceding elections.
