MANILA - Former Public Works and Highways Secretary Hermogenes Ebdane Jr. on Sunday has found a party in Lapiang Manggagawa (LM) to back his presidential bid. LM, reportedly one of the country's oldest political parties in its national convention held in Manila Hotel, named Ebdane as its party chairman and standard bearer for the 2010 presidential elections.
